We operate and secure the service. We do not sell data or train public AI models on medical documents.

Data uses encrypted storage, transport and per-user access controls.
You may delete items or your account; backups roll off within 30 days.
You may have rights to access, correct, export or delete data.
GetOnco is not directed to children under 16.
Material changes will be communicated in the app.
