This Privacy Policy describes how GetOnco ("GetOnco", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service. This document is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. If you have questions, contact us before using the service.
Account data. Name, email, country, and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
Medical documents you upload. Files such as pathology reports, imaging reports, blood tests, and doctor letters. You choose what to upload.
Derived medical information. Diagnoses, treatments, dates, and biomarkers extracted by our AI from your uploaded documents.
Usage data. Aggregated, non-medical events used to understand product performance (e.g. "user uploaded a document", not the content of the document).
To operate the service: extract information from your documents, build your medical timeline, prepare draft messages to hospitals, and match to potentially relevant clinical trials or centers.
To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your medical documents to train public AI models.
We share limited information only with trusted subprocessors necessary to run the service (hosting, authentication, AI inference, payment processing). We require appropriate contractual protections from each subprocessor.
We do not share your medical information with hospitals, insurers, or advertisers. Draft messages you generate for hospitals are sent only when you choose to send them.
Documents are stored in encrypted object storage. Application data is protected by row-level security so that only your account can access your records. Traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS.
You can delete individual documents, messages, and memory items at any time from within the app. You can delete your entire account permanently from the Privacy & data page; encrypted backups roll off within 30 days.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. We provide export and deletion controls directly in the app. For other requests, contact us.
GetOnco is not directed to children under 16. Adults may use the service to organize care for minors in their family.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app before they take effect.
