GetOnco is a subscription-based AI software platform. This policy explains cancellations and refunds. Creem is our Merchant of Record and handles billing, tax, and refunds.
You may cancel anytime from Billing. Your plan remains active until the current billing period ends and you will not be charged again.
Where consumer law requires it, you may request a refund of the initial subscription within 14 days, subject to applicable usage and waiver rules.
Renewals are generally non-refundable. Contact us within 7 days of an unintended renewal and we will review the request.
Email support@getonco.com from your account address with the order ID shown on your Creem receipt. We aim to respond within two business days.
Creem's refund rules and applicable consumer laws govern eligibility. Creem may verify identity or transaction details.
We do not refund accounts terminated for violating the Terms or partial periods after voluntary cancellation.
