GetOnco is a subscription-based AI software platform. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the seller of record on your receipt and handles billing, tax, and refunds on our behalf.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page inside the app. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Where required by applicable consumer protection law (for example, in the European Union and United Kingdom), you may request a full refund of your initial subscription payment within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been substantially used. By starting to use paid features you may waive this right in some jurisdictions; local law prevails.
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will review your request in good faith.
Email support@getonco.com from the address on your account with your order ID (visible on your Paddle receipt). We aim to respond within 2 business days.
You may also submit a request directly to Paddle via their buyer help center: paddle.net.
Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all GetOnco purchases. This means Paddle's refund rules and the consumer protection laws applicable to your purchase govern refund eligibility. Paddle may contact you to verify identity or transaction details before issuing a refund.
We do not issue refunds for accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service, or for partial billing periods after voluntary cancellation.
