GetOnco is an AI-powered software platform. The service helps users organize medical information, compare publicly available hospitals, understand medical terminology, prepare their own outreach messages, and explore potentially relevant clinical trials from public registries.
GetOnco is software, not a medical provider. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, telemedicine or healthcare services. Using GetOnco does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the legal guardian of the patient, to use GetOnco.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload and for any decisions you make using outputs from the service. Always verify AI-generated summaries and drafts with a qualified healthcare professional.
Do not upload information about other individuals without their consent (or, for a patient you care for, without the appropriate legal authority).
You will not use GetOnco to defraud healthcare providers, to attempt to obtain prescriptions or controlled substances, or in any way that violates law or the rights of others.
Some features require a paid plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can view and manage your subscription from the Billing page inside the app.
All charges are handled by third-party payment providers. Refunds follow the policy displayed at checkout and are subject to applicable law.
AI-generated summaries, timelines, translations, and draft messages may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Do not rely on any AI output as medical advice. Always confirm important information with your healthcare team.
You may delete your account at any time from the Privacy & data page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for other users.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetOnco disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular medical purpose. GetOnco is not liable for medical decisions made using the service.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app before they take effect.
