Your medical documents belong to you. They are stored in a private vault linked only to your account, never sold, and never used to train public AI models.

Access is protected by industry-standard authentication and row-level security — no other user of GetOnco can see your data.

Our AI is an information assistant. It reads the documents you upload and helps organize them, translate them, and prepare questions for your care team.

It does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend treatment. Every AI-generated summary is a starting point for discussion with qualified clinicians — not a substitute for one.

Documents are stored in encrypted object storage. Traffic to and from the app is protected by TLS.

Sensitive operations run on authenticated server functions with per-user access checks. Payment processing, when enabled, is handled by trusted third-party providers — we do not store card numbers.

GetOnco organizes information found in your uploaded documents and public sources. It cannot diagnose disease, cannot guarantee a match to a hospital or clinical trial, and cannot replace a licensed physician.

We deliberately avoid words like "best hospital," "cure," "eligible for trial," or "recommended therapy." We say "potential matches," "prepared information," and "options to discuss with your team."

• Delete any single document, message, or memory item.
• Delete your entire account — profile, documents, memory, and history — permanently.
• Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing page.

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, medical documents, AI memory, threads, messages, and application history from our systems. Encrypted backups roll off within 30 days.
